DELIVERY POLICY
When your order is ready after 2-3 days, we dispatch it with Aramex/The courier Guy/DHL courier company and your parcel will be delivered straight to your door.
Postnet to postnet delivery is also available.
Delivery takes 2-3 working days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the customer through email or WhatsApp. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and trace their parcel.
We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping information, it is the customers responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping information.
Please note: Lolo hair lounge will not be held accountable for any delayed/lost parcel in transit. Once packages are received by the courier company and shipping information is sent to the customer, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You are more than welcome to exchange or return hair/units provided the following:
Still in its original packaging
Lace is not cut
Has not be worn
This is due to health and safety concerns.
Returns/Exchange may be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure you order the right item before checking out. If you are still not sure of what you want, kindly contact us on the contact information provided.
No returns/exchange on SALE items.
Courier fees are non refundable therefor Lolo hair lounge will not be liable for paying returns courier fee.
In an unlikely event of receiving a wrong order/ faulty hair/ unit Lolo hair lounge should be informed within 7 days of receiving the package.
Should the customer have any issues with their order and no communication is made within 7 days, we will consider it a wear and tear.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it’s final. No cancellation of the order will be done.
